David was quick to respond to my request for assistance after one hot tub pump stopped working, which kept the heater from turning on, just as the freezing weather arrived (our tub is outside). He diagnosed the problem and quickly installed the new pump when it arrived. Another provider I contacted said it would be 3 weeks before they could even visit to diagnose the problem. Thanks David!
We used the company through our American Home Shield. And they communicated so well (texted and everything) he came and fixed our pool pump that the original person screwed up. We have never seen our pump run so smoothly, they are awesome!
